Yellow Gum - Eucalyptus leucoxylon subsp. megalocarpa Rosea
Rosea is a colour selection rather than a tightly controlled cultivar, and that is the first thing to understand before ordering a run of them. Seed raised plants of this large fruited Yellow Gum flower anywhere from pale blush to deep crimson, and the depth of colour will not show until the tree is old enough to bud up properly. Where uniformity matters, buy from one batch and still expect some variation.
What you do get reliably is a moderately sized evergreen gum with a fairly open crown, smooth mottled bark shedding to cream and grey, and large pendulous flowers through the cooler months that bring nectar feeding birds in at a quiet time of year. It handles alkaline soils, dry summers and exposed sites once its roots are down.

The smaller pots hold younger plants that cost less each and establish quickly, which suits hedges, screens and mass planting where the plant count adds up. The larger sizes carry several more years of growth on the farm and give height and presence straight away, which is what you want for a single feature position or a screen that cannot wait.
